Our food took over an hour to be served. The beef salpicao and pakbet with bagnet were slightly sweet. We dined in for lunch. Service was slow.

During my visit, I had the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes, including the unique Sisig Bombs, which are a spin on the traditional dynamite appetizer using sisig instead of pork. The Tawilis Salad was a refreshing mix of mesclun greens and crispy fried small fish, while the Paco Salad was a pleasant surprise with its fiddlehead ferns and flavorful calamansi vinaigrette. Other standout dishes included the melt-in-your-mouth Lengua in rich mushroom sauce, the visually appealing Kare Kare Bagnet with a sweet peanut sauce, and the tender Grilled Tanigue Tail marinated in sweet and sour sauce. The Stuffed Squid, Adobo Rice, and Seafood Pasta were also delicious options. For dessert, the Rainbow Velvet Cake and Exotic Cake were both tasty choices, as well as the soft and fluffy Ensaymada glazed with caramel.
