Bacolod Chicken Parilla - Quezon City

The chicken inasal at this restaurant is the best in Manila. The food is amazing, but the service and hygiene are lacking. It is very affordable. The saatreis is good, but often served cold. The waiters are not attentive, especially the waitress. The male waiters are slightly better. The tables are not cleaned promptly. I recommend the owner to train their staff, pay them better, and hire more workers.

The restaurant is not crowded, the staff is attentive, the food is served in 15 to 20 minutes to ensure everything is fresh, the food is delicious here, try it once and you will surely come back!

The inasal is good and cheap. please order the isol (chicken tail)! it is my first time to try this and I can say it is more tasteful than the paa and pecho inasal. we also ordered tuna panga boiled inihaw' w/c is price at 85 PhP/100 g. it was perfectly boiled, juicy and not dry. will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.Tip: go early to dinner to about 18 o'clock, as road parking is limited.
