Marugame Udon

The standard Marugame fare. Noodles are consistent as all the other branches and the flavors are all the same. The only telltale difference is the beef's texture. It's a a bit chewier amd stringy than the melt in your mouth ones served in the BGC branch. But I guess. To equalize, they have the biggest eggs I've seen for a Marugame shop. Nevertheless, it is still an authentic Marugame experience. Sukiyaki Ninja is the way to go for me. The sweet and savory flavors are just something I will never get tired of. I am happy to report that this branch is up to the standards of the Marugame name.

I'm definitely adding Marugame Udon to my best restaurants list! We ordered their beef ontama bukkake udon (beef toppings with fish broth), and it was absolutely delectable. The beef topping is seasoned well, and has a very powerful flavor, complementing the thick freshly made udon noodles. And the fish broth, really yummy! Would definitely keep coming back to this resto.

I would like to admit that I have tried the best udon elsewhere. This version was okay. Kind of too sweet for me and broth was not served hot the way I like it. The beef and noodles was very good. It's worth trying but not the best.

Service is superb!! Food is best for its price range!! If you’re looking for some cheap and quick japanese meal, this would be the place but, if you’re looking for authentic japanese food better look for other places.

I always forget to take pictures of the food here because I’m always too excited to eat. The lines could get long during lunch and dinner time so we usually eat here during merienda. I always order the Beef Ontama Bukkake. I love the thickness and bite of the noodles. The soup is so comforting and bursting with flavor. The poached egg really makes a difference. I think the ordering style is very fast and convenient unless you’re ordering items on the menu aside from the udon. I’ll always be back whenever I have random udon cravings
