Przekaż informację zwrotnąI am not impressed at all. Every time my boyfriend and I order delivery, they always mess up our order. I ordered a burger combo, but I didn't even receive my burger. We will never be ordering from here again. I even tried calling them, but they wouldn't answer the phone. What a joke! They have definitely lost us as customers, and I'm sure many others feel the same way.
We attempted to order a bucket of chicken through DoorDash, but our request was declined because they didn’t have the right pieces available (it was close to closing time). So, we decided to drive over and order whatever they had left. The food was excellent, and the woman who served us was very friendly. We're definitely planning to return next month!
I bought a 20-piece bucket and received only 2 wings, 8 backs, 3 breasts, 4 drumsticks, and 1 piece I can't identify, with 2 pieces missing altogether. I also ordered a large box of fries, which was only half full. All of this cost me $58.65. At this rate, I might have to rob a bank just to afford my meals next week!
I ordered on KFC.ca, my husband picked up the order on his way home. When we sat down with our family to have supper half of our orders were missing. Immediately, I phoned to give them opportunity to correct it. No one answered, I phoned again, still no answer. We weren't going back into town that night. That evening, I filled out the survey we were emailed and requested someone contact us to resolve the issue. No one contacted us for 2 days, I tried calling again, no answer. I called the phone number on the survey, they suggested I call the local franchise we ordered from and patched me through, no answer. I called the survey number back they gave me a different number, the service rep who answered that call suggested I call the local franchise and offered to patch me through, I explained my experience so far and asked for a another number, they offered me the head office refunds department number, I thankfully took that number. When I called that office a lady was very helpful and took all of my information, she sent direct emails to the owner and manager of our local franchise requesting contact and a refund. It has been 4 days and we have recieved no contact, no reimbursement. It felt silly to put in so much effort but it was a significant error, in the past going back to the restaurant in the few cases it was needed was not worth all of the effort but in the end that probably would have been the simplest.
Food is fresh and was hot when I went threw drive threw.Friendly staff.Was not busy right after lunch rush.
