Dragon Gate Restaurant - Quesnel

My husband and I went there for the lunch special. Pick 3 items out of 10 with won ton soup & a drink for $9.95. Soup was excellent! We both had the chicken fried rice and my husband also had the chicken chow mein. Between the 3 dishes of "chicken" there were a total of 3 pieces smaller than a quarter. We mentioned this to our waitress..who was excellent!!... And she told us that they cook the noodles in chicken broth and the cook is skimpy on the lunch special. Maybe it would have been different if we ordered separate dishes.

Love the food, chowmein has lots of veggies and it's fresh! Delivery guy was very nice and food was still very hot

In most chinese restaurants, their egg rolls are small, bland, and uninteresting. The Egg Rolls at this restaurant are definitely a cut above the rest. They have a nice batter and are very flavourful. The service is also very helpful, very small-town like. Overall I would say this restaurant is doing somethings right.

Dragon gate has pretty good food and good value. Teens love the buffet as do seniors. The owners are friendly, kind and support the local Community.

Lunch special is a great deal, wonton soup, a drink and your choice of three selections for $9.50. Have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.
