Tierra Del Fuego - Quellon

Some experience. We booked with 4 days in advance one room and when we arrived at the administration they forgot, they gave us another room that had no hot water. Their answer was that they always have claims for the cold water of their showers and that if we wanted they could give us the money back and leave.

The food was really good, although fries were not good at all. Bear in mind that the time to cook this place is a bit extensive, it took about 1 hour to deliver our order

I have not personally slept in this hotel, but there are already 3 acquaintances who have told me that at night they are cold because there is no heating or they turn it off too early; and they have had to sleep dressed and with parka. I make this comment, not only for visitors, but also for owners or owners to consider it and improve this aspect. As constructive criticism

Excellent attention and good price room with private bathroom and heating, alternative of lower value without heating and shared bathroom (season summer), very good breakfast included in the rate, in general very good the restaurant food (send up to 22.00 hrs)

Excellent quality price, in time they are more or less. But good food!
