Queenstown would not have felt complete without my daily visits to Patagonia Chocolates Ice Creamery Chocolaterie. Their white chocolate hazelnut ice cream was a true highlight—a heavenly mix that had me returning for more. The hot chocolate was another treasure, rich and deeply satisfying. The blend of flavors was utterly delightful. The staff consistently provided excellent service, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable seating allowed me to fully enjoy each moment spent indulging in these exquisite treats. Without a doubt, it's an outstanding destination for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for delightful flavors in Queenstown.

The ice cream alone features a multitude of flavors, many of which have received awards. Taste: I ordered a chocolate and macadamia cone. To be honest, the flavor was quite average—nothing particularly remarkable—though the texture was smooth with crunchy macadamia flakes. My partner tried the hazelnut flavor and lemon sorbet. The hazelnut ice cream was enjoyable, but it was a touch too sweet for our liking. The lemon sorbet, on the other hand, was excessively sour for us.

They create some of the most incredible ice creams I've ever tasted, rivaling those I enjoyed in Italy. The friendly staff contribute to the wonderful experience, always welcoming and eager to offer recommendations. Even with its popularity, the service is efficient. This place is quite the hotspot, attracting visitors looking for a well-earned treat. Surprisingly, despite the crowds, the prices are quite reasonable, making it accessible to both locals and tourists, which is a welcome relief in the pricey Queenstown. For an extra treat, head to the second floor where you can enjoy a stunning view that enhances the entire experience. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your treats while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Whether you’re a resident or just visiting, this sweet spot in Queenstown is a must-visit for a truly indulgent experience.

Their ice cream is by far the best. Had dark chocolate hokey pokey Great combination! Not forgetting, they gave big scoops. Well worth for the price! Queue might be long since it's a tourist attraction, but it didn't take long for me to get my order. Staff are friendly and welcoming too! Definitely a MUST GO if you are at Queenstown. FYI, they do sell chocolates and other food too!

Amazing ice cream experience so many selection you can have. I had Hazelnut ice cream. The quality of ice cream above the standard must try! We also had coffee, and the coffee tasted alright, not too strong, and the temperature of the milk did not burn, overall with the great view it made all complete.
