The best breakfast in town. Had poached eggs, perfectly done, and bacon. Tops! Tea was unfortunately in a bag. Normally leaf tea is available. Worth a visit.

Had a very nice lunch sitting in the backyard of the cafe under a lovely large tree, coffee was great, as was the quality of the food Flathead tails were obviously fresh from a local source and beautifully cooked My partner had breakfast and said it was also delicious

We have been dining here last night and I am not usually one to write reviews, but I was a bit disappointed. eating is too expensive for what they get. while eating is delicious enough, it is nothing special and is on the small side. I had the creamy chicken/avocado/Mushroom pasta and for $26, for a pasta, they would expect a good portion size or exceptional food and it was also not. my partner had the prawn risotto, which was a little salty, had 6 garne and was very small! the beer was the most disappointing part. the menu did not specify which size, but for $9, we expected a pint, or even a silooner, but a pot beer for $9!? the staff was nice and the food was fast, but I wouldn't go back. for glorified pub food and a beer came our bill to $73.

Anyway, I chose the ‘Point Lonsdale lager battered fish and chips, rocket salad with Grana Padano cheese, confit tomato, balsamic olive oil and aioli $21.90)’.
