Ridge Terrace Cocktail - Queensbury

I had a reservation, but we arrived early and they were able to seat us right away. Our waitress was fantastic! The appetizers, including the crab stew and French onion soup, exceeded our expectations. The warm, mini loaf of bread was excellent as well. The starter salad was enjoyable too. It was tough to choose a duck dish since they all sounded wonderful, but we ended up going with the seafood au gratin. It was a great choice and tasted amazing alongside all the other dishes. A big shoutout to everyone who works here—we'll definitely be back!

My mother turned 92 today, so naturally, she wanted to celebrate with dinner at Ridge Terrace! We were so glad to have our favorite server, Anita—she's incredible! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was rustic and laid-back, and the staff was always welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had a nice dinner with my partner here when we visited the city. The log cabin atmosphere was cozy, but still stylish. We both ordered the castle and we were not disappointed! We also had a bottle of wine that could reseal the restaurant for us to go home when we didn't finish it. The location is certainly a bit out of the way, but it was worth the trip, and I still had enough cell signal to get a Uber back after dinner.

Ridge Terrace is a family-owned restaurant located just south of the stunning Lake George, NY. The food is exceptional, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The restaurant features beautiful Adirondack log architecture. The Rios family, known and respected in the region for their craftsmanship, truly makes you feel like part of the family from the moment you arrive. It’s a must-visit spot when you’re in the Adirondacks or Lake George area!
