Long John Silver's - Queensbury

I should have listened to the reviews. First: The restaurant was a complete mess. Every table was dirty and every garbage can was full. Second: I waited over 10 minutes in line before walking out. There was 5 other people in line. We were told if wewere ordering Taco Bell to use the kiosk to order, but I wanted Long Johns. The workers weren't even attempting to help thepeople in line. Their focus was on the drive thru, completely disregarding the people standing right in front of them.Absolutely unacceptable. Most likely will not be returning to give this place another chance.

If you like waiting a half hour plus for your food..being ignored by staff... getting the wrong stuff...then THIS is the place for you! It's part of a taco bell...don't say I didn't warn you!

Absolutely the WORST meal I have ever had. We were at this restaurant on October 29 at approximately 5 pm. It took 30 minutes to get our meal. Went up to ask what was taking so long and I young man said something about a lot of orders but I?m not exactlysure because he was waking away from me as he said it. There was maybe 6 people in the store at the time. Some of us got TacoBell. I had the seafood platter (Long John Silver). Everything was burnt. The fish was the thickness of a piece of meat on acheeseburger from McDonald?s. Chewy and just plain nasty. Would have gone up to get my money back but A large group came in andI didn?t want to wait another 30 minutes. Will not be back.

Item was not on menu that I asked about. So I asked this rude employee in drive thru if it was on there and she SD extremely short and unfriendly I DONT KNOW!! Immediately someone else apologized and gave me pricing on item. It wasn 't on menu but Iwanted to see if it was to look for other sides. When I got order I got 2 orders of 3 shrimp. In one order I recvd 2 with atiny piece of breading with a pinky tip size part of shrimp!! The other was so small and both were cool! Never again.

Arrived at 830, knowing that the LGS portion closes at 9, figuring we would have enough time. There were 6 cars in front of us. We pulled up to the speaker at 8:55, just in time. Was told to wait one minute. 8 minutes later, the LGS portion closed and theywouldn?t serve it to us. It is now 9:20 and we are still waiting in the drive through trying to leave after not getting any foodfor the last 50 minutes. ridiculous.
