Wendy's - Queens

This is one of my favorite Wendys. They are friendly and usually quite fast. Her chicken burgers and sandwiches were so delicious and freshly prepared.

STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE SERVICE. After picking up my family from the airport we needed a snack and we decided to come here because it was late and not many options available. The drive thru line is a nightmare. Fast food lines usually move very quickly. This line only had about 5-6 cars and took more than 40 minutes. Management needs to do something about this. Please work on getting better. This is the worst Wendy’s I know of.

The drive thru is horrible always a 25 min wait. By the time you to to order they run out of things can't even get out the line bc you are trapped. The other day they had no reader for the cards so lucky i had cash or I would've had to edit more time just to get out. Save your time and go somewhere else.

The absolute worst drive-thru line every time in here. Complete waste of time. Save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else.

Every time I come here it's at least 30 min wasted of my time. The only reason why I come here is bc my mom is pregnant and this is the nearest Wendy's near us.. I don't understand why this line be on a stand still for like 15 min moves up one car and then 5 whole min another car and so on..no less than 5min on wait to move. then when you get to window they be at least 6 ppl there doing nothing! The front ain't open only the drive thru Come on we gotta do better!
