Tommy's Pizza On Liberty - Queens

We have been regular customers at this restaurant for almost 3 years now. We have never experienced any issues with our orders or the food. Delivery is usually quick (except on weekends, which is understandable), and the staff is always friendly, as friendly as a New Yorker can be. If they are unable to deliver, they inform us before we even place our order. Their grandma pizza is the best I have ever had, and their penne alla vodka is just as delicious. I highly recommend this place, as some other pizza places in Queens serve questionable and low-quality food. Anyone who complains about the prices here (which are reasonable) probably prefers paying $1 for a cardboard-like pizza with canned sauce and cheese.

I 've ordered delivery from here many times. Sometimes I laugh when the guy answers with the distinctive Tommy 's tone. I expect delivery to be a little slow depending on the day and time I order however my food is always hot when it arrives

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I have ordered from this pizzeria multiple times and it consistently takes over two hours for the food to arrive. The delivery drivers always smell like weed, the food is cold, items are missing or incorrect, and the service is terrible. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the pandemic, their convenient payment options, and reasonable prices, my last experience was the final straw. They forgot a slice of pizza from my order and refused to deliver it, claiming they were closing. When I called to place another order, the staff intentionally hung up on me and then refused to deliver to my address because they owed me a slice of pizza. I have always been a polite and generous customer, but now they are withholding service from me. Save your money and go elsewhere for better customer service and hot, fresh pizza. I recommend Sophia's Pizza or Aldo's Pizza for a better experience. Tommy's Pizza is not worth considering.

The worker told me $16 including taxes for a small veggie pizza but then charged my card $21.51, They ignored me when I raised my concern and the pizza was flavorless and bland. I won?t be going back here.

I love the pizza at this restaurant! The cheese pizza is amazing, I can't get enough of it. It's my first time trying their pizza and I can't believe I waited so long to come here.
