Przekaż informację zwrotnąI eat lunch in this subway at least once a week. This location is particularly clean and the ingredients are always fresh. The one thing I'm going to say, even though it's the subway locations, is the people who work there. Rupa and Peju are friendly and welcoming. You welcome you like family when you come and are very attentive to your order. There is a line sometimes, but it moves very quickly because they work hard, really take care of their job and make sure you have a good experience there. I'll come back to this place. This location also has free parking for cars and bicycles and is disabled accessible.
It's a clean subway with a few people on the staff. The place has a nice rest room, with a baby rack. My sandwich tasted fresh and delicious.
They close in ONE HOUR, I?m 9 months pregnant and walking up to the lady today like ?hello miss? Got ignored because she?s wiping the counters, whatever manners are mine. Anyways I stand in front of her and ask her if she has Buffalo chicken, I get Ignored, she?s still cleaning and hasn?t made EYE CONTACT AT ALL OR SAID A WORD! And then I ask Are you guys perhaps closed she THEN answers, ?no? still wiping and making no eye contact??????????????????? I?m so sorry but what a b . Like what the hell was that ?? I JUST WALKED OUT, never EVER coming to this place. This lady should not be working in a place involving customer service.
I'm not really a big fan for sandwiches but I needed something to eat that wasn't going to break my pockets. So I stopped in and as I approached the counter immediately I had eye to eye contact by the mail employee which gave me a smile and I smiled back followed by a hello. I greeted him with a hello and how are you and it was just a pleasant feeling. He was already in the middle of preparing sandwiches for someone else but once he was done he assisted me. He said ma'am how can I help you what would you like? I told him I wanted one of the new sandwiches I believe it was something called Italian mozzarella something of another I forgot. But nonetheless he assisted and made the sandwich exactly the way I asked of him. I had no idea what it was going to taste like but I saw him make it and he kept his gloves on. He did not speak while making my sandwich which I appreciate very much. Once it was wrapped up and put aside he then spoke to me asking me if there's anything else which I really appreciate it because sometimes the droplets for my mouth can be spread onto food and that would not be good. I enjoyed the Italian foot long bread nice and soft I complimented it with some mayonnaise mozzarella cheese and I think I put some green peppers on it oil and vinegar. To my surprise I really did enjoy this sandwich. So my first star goes to the location because it's easy to get to at least for me. The second star goes to the gentleman who welcomed me into the store. The third star goes to sanitary conditions which were definitely practiced. I would give a star for the prices but I never would think a hero could cost $11. So due to the price I cannot. But for right now three stars is going to have to do perhaps if you guys have a sale where the footlongs all of them would be half off and hold that for at least a week or two I'll come by and give another rating. For right now thank you for making sure my first experience with you guys was a good one.
You should never exercise selective application of ?policy?. I have seen COUNTLESS people go in this restaurant with different pets and experienced zero issues: i go in with a tiny white cockatoo (bird), on my shoulder, with a clean bill of health, and suddenly i couldn?t be in the store: YOUR LOSS not mine...
