I picked up cup, that, with the discount I should pay 8.40 dollars. The cashier told me that the final price instead of that was the full price because that item wasnt in promotion. Newly redone, this Starbucks is beautiful. And the staff at least when I go at 5am, are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Been going here for 5-6 years. The manager Kaitlyn is the coolest.
I understand ice is the most expensive and important part of a drink. If the customer mention light ice , I think Starbucks can save some valuable ice for next costumer. I don 't know what Starbucks employee think about if they get a $5.5 drink with three quarters ice.
I arrived at store 6:15AM, store was closed even though hours of business stated they are open since 5:30AM. I tried to get there attention but 2 individuals inside ignored me. Very poor customer service
Pick up order was incomplete because they stopped to process other orders. Then we got the drink with no strawberries and we had to ask for strawberries. In which they said they didn?t have them at the time (it was literally a 30 sec difference in time so what time is he referring to) then he tossed them in without cutting them up! The nerve of them. Come on guys?.do better.
