Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Queens

It was late, but they were still providing excellent service. The food was fresh and hot. Overall, I give it a 5/5 for the food!

I gave this Popeyes a two-star rating because I ordered the three-piece special. I specifically told the employee who took my order that I wanted two breasts and one wing. However, when I got home and opened my order, I found two legs and one side instead. The associate should have informed me about the substitution. If they can take my money, they should be clear about what they're giving me. Additionally, parking was difficult; I had to park at a busy intersection, which can be challenging for older individuals.

The restaurant is clean and has excellent customer service. There are no long lines, making for a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the food is outstanding – I would rate it 5 out of 5!

I ordered popeyes from uber eats and she, got my command wrong I order spicy bun and they gave me regular bun and they forgot my mac and cheese and I told them to put pickles on my sandwich and there were no pickles. this is the second time that this has already happened
