Pizza D'amore - Queens

I ordered a calzone to go, and while waiting, I noticed that the person making the pizzas was not paying attention to their work, only chatting with a friend. When my calzone was finally ready, I saw that it had strange black edges on the crust. I pointed this out to the person and they just shrugged it off. I refused to pay $13.00 for a poorly made calzone and warned others to avoid this place due to the careless and overpriced food.

The staff at this restaurant always try to overcharge customers when they call to place an order. It feels like they are scamming people out of their money, which is bad for business. The person who answers the phone seems to be taking advantage of customers, and at the end of the night, he pockets the extra money. To make matters worse, the food is often cold when it is delivered by the supplier.

We visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and had a completely different experience. The staff were rude and disrespectful, the food was of poor quality and tasted bad, and the customer service was very unsatisfactory.

For beginners the pizza is too expensive and under the season. I have recently ordered garlic knots that usually come free with Marinara sauce and now they are charging them extra money for it. as a new yorker I don't know if it's sold separately somewhere where garlic knot or marinara sauce is sold. I also ordered pasta with broccoli n garlauch and the pasta sat in a captivity of oil. it was completely tasteless with this pasta. I and my employees recently made an order and $60 spent and all were dissatisfied. we ordered mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, tasty bread cakes with pizza and everything was tasteless. avoid them here, they're all cost.

The pizza here is always good! This is a place that me and my friends always eat at. The staff is great.
