Dunkin' - Queens

I visited this location and ordered a coffee, but I urgently needed to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, I was informed that I could not use the restroom. I believe it is inappropriate to deny a customer access to the facilities, especially when they plan to stay for a while to enjoy their coffee and snack. Additionally, should I have to sit on the floor since there are no chairs available, despite having tables?

I am disappointed with how much this place has changed. The service used to be much more professional, and the atmosphere was cleaner. I witnessed a barista arguing with a customer about the amount of milk in their coffee, which was not pleasant. The friendly service we used to enjoy seems to be gone. I noticed that they were using the same gloves to prepare food and handle the counter and drawers, which doesn't seem very hygienic. When I brought this to the attention of a young man working there, he just shrugged it off. I really hope they can improve soon.

The staff struggles to understand orders correctly, often resulting in mistakes. The restaurant could benefit from new management to improve the situation.

Don't order hot chocolate. Very watered down. Very inconsistent. Ordered mini bagels and 1/2 was warm, other half was cold! Annoyed!
