Dunkin' - Queens

This Dunkin' Donuts location is adequate, but I often find that my order is missing something about 90% of the time. Be sure to check your bag before you leave!

Slow service, the new young don't pay attention when they go through, big mistakes, ready to wait, terrible service, now I go to 7/11 on the bp to get my coffee, as sad as a bad management can destroy a good place.

Would give 0 stars if possible. low customer service. long lines. cashier was on his phone while everyone complained on the line. he had to be pushed away from another worker so that someone could take over our order. the new cassian was angry, and yelled at my grandfather who was appointed (unproven). all who have ordered after me got their food/drink before me, and my milkshake was melted by the time when I got it. horristically organized and rude workers ruined not only my day, but also the days of many other mozens this day.

I am a long time dunkin customer and visiting this location all the time. Service level is on and off, however I had a great experience today. Visited with my two boys to get some ice cream and donut. Manager name Shana remembered service complaint from last visit and showung sincere apology and made my kids enoyable ice cream and donut day. Some people just apologize because that is their job but I can tell she showed the best customer service manner in my 30year dunkin customer experience. Thank you Shana. You made my day!!

Coffee was made the wrong way, way way to sweet and we asked for them to remake it and literally watched the guy dump out the same cup and added more milk. Literally what does that solve? Now you dumped out espresso that I paid for.
