Viñedo - Queen Creek

We made reservations for a party of 14 at least a week in advance. Upon our arrival at 6:30 PM, we waited at the bar while enjoying some drinks. Unfortunately, it took over 30 minutes before anyone took our food orders. After waiting an hour and still without food, we decided to order some appetizers. When they finally arrived, the calamari and onion rings were overcooked, with the onions even having their skins still on. After about 90 minutes of waiting, one person who had ordered wings was informed they were out of wings. Upon discussing this later, we realized several others in our party had also ordered wings but didn’t receive similar notifications. When we asked our server about the status of our food, she just shrugged and said she didn’t know. When I spoke with the manager to express our frustration about the two-hour wait, she acknowledged our party size and mentioned a possible discount but did not offer any apologies or solutions to rectify the situation. It was disheartening to see guests leave without food due to babysitter constraints. Finally, after two and a half hours, our meals arrived, but half of them were dried out from being kept under a heat lamp, and my pasta was soupy. We had to take boxes for our food since we were eager to leave after such a long wait. The flavors were promising, so I believe they usually provide better meals. The live music was enjoyable, and the restaurant itself was clean and aesthetically pleasing. We have friends who have dined there as a pair and had great experiences, so perhaps they struggle to accommodate larger parties. However, the manager did make an effort to address our concerns after I explained how disappointing our experience had been.

This restaurant has incredible potential. We've started visiting more frequently and would love to make it our regular spot, but it needs to establish a clear theme and stick with it. Trish is fantastic and has really made us feel at home, as has the entire staff. We believe this place is moving in a positive direction. It should focus on becoming a wine bar of sorts. The food is great, the dinner music is pleasant, and the drinks are enjoyable. It has a family-friendly atmosphere, but also caters to adult date nights, making it a perfect spot for couples or friends to enjoy a nice evening out with relaxing entertainment. I would definitely recommend avoiding karaoke here, though!

I visited this restaurant for the first time with some friends, and it was a fantastic experience! Our server, Carlee, was absolutely amazing. She brought so much fun and personality to the table, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she offered some excellent personal recommendations. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our server really made the difference. Thank you, Carlee!

Been there twice now. Food is good but go for the karaoke. Both times we were over charged, and had to pull teeth to get our table bussed. Servers are nice but up-sell to much and are a little inattentive. Can't say after 2 strikes, ill be back for athird. There are other karaoke venues.

Tried this place and with some friends. Our first time, not theirs. Carlee was our server and oh my gosh, she?s amazing. What a great experience!!! She was so fun and full of personality, made for a great dining experience!!! She was so enthusiastic and made some great personal recommendations. Food was good, atmosphere was good, our server was incredible. Thanks Carlee!!
