To be honest, my family has been dining at this restaurant for over 10 years. We used to frequent their original location on Val Vista, so we were excited when they opened their 2go concept in Queen Creek. However, we are disappointed to say that we will no longer be returning as customers. The prices have increased significantly, and now they charge for protein additions that used to be included. The portion sizes have also been reduced. It's not fair to expect loyalty from customers while making these changes. Additionally, the service at the Queen Creek location leaves much to be desired. It feels like the staff expects gratitude for our business when it should be the other way around. Overall, it's a disappointing situation. The canned response to negative reviews asking customers to email their complaints shows a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

This restaurant in Queen Creek used to be good, but not anymore. They are rushing to cook the food, resulting in undercooked veggies. The quality has declined, and it seems like the cook needs more training. Prices have increased to $35-$40 for takeout only. Our bill was $28, including drinks, showing the significant price increase. We ordered the same items as before. I won't be returning as I reached out to them via email with no response. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Worst experience ever! I always order over the phone and go in just to pick up. Today I ordered inside and decided to sit in wait. The cashier was rude and lack customer service skills! Very sad I wont be returning. The food wasn't that pleasing either this time around! $23 WASTED

Despite being insanely busy, Kennedy at the cashier desk did her best to make sure everyone got out as soon as possible with their food. Staff here is great, but the ordering system is terrible. Don't expect to get your food in a reasonable amount of time.
