Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Queen Creek

So this was my very first time going to this restaurant. I walked in without really any idea how to order the food, there were three employees working, and I said to them “how does the brisket plate come? , “…. Not one of them looked up or said anything. It looks like they were preparing a big catering order…. so then the young girl finally looked up and I tried to place my order…. and I couldn’t understand what she was saying! When she was asking me what side, I thought she was asking me what size….so I was looking at the menu for about a minute, trying to figure out how to order by weight….she said no “sides”….and then I stood at the cash register to pay for about three minutes, and nobody came over and rang me up or anything so I turned around and walked out of the restaurant. I ate at the dickies in Pinetop about two months ago, and the service and food was phenomenal… I will never come back to this restaurant, and I will tell everybody I know not to! Horrible customer service, as a matter fact, I would ask the owner to pull the camera/security tape and look at the date stamp on this review, and look to see that everything I said was true… Avoid this place!!!

So dissatisfied with their ability to get Door Dash orders out on time. Do not order to go, unless you have double the guesstimated time. Do better guys!

Do not place an order online for anything!! I ordered at 4:30pm for a scheduled pick up of 5:30pm. I walk in at 5:45pm due to a circumstance elsewhere but with the assumption my order would’ve been completed already. I speak to someone behind the counter to find out my order is 5th in line to complete. So I continued to wait for another 30 minutes beyond my arrival time. 45 minutes after the time in which it should have been ready. If the order can’t be fulfilled at a certain time, the order shouldn’t be allowed to go through. This is the third time I have ordered from this location and the third time I have had a bad experience. I will not be returning here again.

Do not order from here! Takes so long that Uber Eats gives you $5. Entire sides were missing, extra bbq sauce that costs $1 was missing. I sincerely hope this place goes out of business and very employee is jobless.

Ordered Door Dash and they forgot items in my order but other than that our Briskit was good.
