First evening in Quebec, we are looking for a restaurant close to the hotel for family dinner (with our 3 children). attracted by the good reviews (and disregarding the few comments on the service), we push the door of this restaurant. What we will regret very quickly.Refused of change of fillings (from the seed to the place of the proposed rice with a tajine. It does not seem insurmountable) , an hour waiting for our dishes, and a coffee saucer for our 6-year-old son who shared a couscous with his sister. the boss refused to give him a bigger plate following our request to the waitress who seemed a little overwhelmed! In short, an execible service despite a good quality of the dishes. A bad experience at the end.NB: the restaurant does not offer wine or alcoholic beverage so if you want to drink a drink during the long wait of the dishes, you have to bring its consumption.
First visit to this restaurant.Bel welcome, fast service, interesting price and our host table was succulent. Beautiful Moroccan experience to redo.
We had wonderfully tender lamb and an excellent vegetarian dish. Bring your own wine from the SAQ about a 5 minute walk. Quiet atmosphere, music is not too loud. Service good. Just go to the cash when you want to leave. Prices are very reasonable. Just up the street from St. Jean.
The food at this restaurant is amazing, although the service is quite slow as mentioned in previous reviews. There was only one waiter and one or two chefs working, but the intimate vibe and delicious food made up for it. We decided to enjoy a bottle of wine while waiting, and it was worth the wait.
