Patisserie Le Palais - Québec

So today my parents was high-time and they decided to go to this restaurant. I decided to contact the restaurant by phone to determine if there was a possibility that I could pay for my parents dinner on the phone as I lived from the country. the young lady on the phone made me feel that I could actually pay for her dinner and then I could pay her with my mother name (reservation was under her name) and said she would call me back when the dinner was completed so that I could pay for dinner. the young lady on the phone even added that she would tell the waitress/waiter who was assigned to her table these information. I then waited, waited, waited and finally decided to call the restaurant, as I knew my parents were still there and almost finished with dinner. I called several times and never got an answer (I assume they could not call a number from the country so that I called it instead.) once came 9 clock (the restaurant closes at 9 clock, I called again and got an automated message that the restaurant was closed. then I called my parents at 930 a.m. and found out that they were at home and of course were paid for their dinner. thanks for nothing. very appreciated. the only reason why I give you two stars is because my parents said that you eat well, but the personal service sucked.

I love this place. the service is amazing. they take a bite and they can literally taste the fresh of the ingredients. eating is excellent! it is one of those places that not only enjoy them, but they also want everyone around them to know.

Must eat in shawi! when they visit this amazing city in the mauricie region quebec, and look for a beautiful place to dune, make sure they visit le radoteux! this place went over and over all expectations that we had when we kept one table for two of this weekend. we went in the midday, in the hope to reserve a table for later evening. we were immediately greeted by the shining smiles of allyson and her lovely and welcoming charm. she has accommodated us very short with a table for two people. to our pleasant surprise when we came back at 19 o'clock, allyson was there and ready to offer us an evening we would remember. she had reserved us a main table with the perfect intimacy for a romantic date. the ambiente was trendy and warm with a singer to entertain us for the evening. that was right so that we could talk to each other, but still enjoy the music. the menu was thrilled all around and only a meal from the variety of delicious choices was a challenge. I have made a friendly request to our hostess to recommend her specificity. as the meat lover I said that I was, she has chosen too much a combination of perfectly cooked bark wange and filet mignon. it was cooked as desired and it was just as delicious as she promised! our evening was made unforgettable not only because of the great food, but especially by the excellent service allyson, which was offered throughout the evening. she talked to us like old friends and made the experience that is much more personal and pleasant. if you are looking for a good time, a stellar service and a delicious meal, don't look further and visit her le radoteux!

The drinks on our table bills were mixed. My plate had only 6 tiny pieces of chicken with little rice and uncooked vegetables. My friend had a plate of seafood pasta with all the scales. He had to take it away himself and try not to eat stools because more people were on his plate. We are very much disappointed with this experience.

The food is excellent. an impeccable and warm service in a cozzy atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
