Last delivery... The delivery man knocked on my door to ask for more tips since according to him I hadn 't left him enough for an order of $15, and the discussion lasted, and I 'm not exaggerating unfortunately ...maybe 10 minutes.Otherwise, unfortunately which is zero for me, but there... Since August 1, 2023 I have been waiting for a refund for another order not received, called, 3 times, I am told that a refund will be made wait for the manager 's phone... Zero. I have been ordering from this restaurant for over a year, always getting the club sandwich and poutine. I have never been disappointed. This evening, I tried the salad as a starter and it was amazing - full of vegetables and a very generous portion. The staff on the phone are always kind and patient. The delivery is always fast and the food arrives warm. The team at this restaurant does a fantastic job. Thank you, Benny, for being such a great place to order from!

I went through the effort of placing a pre-order to have my meal delivered around 6:30 p.m. as I finish work at 6 p.m. However, the delivery arrived at 5:55 p.m. and the club sandwich was cold. It seemed as though it had been made over an hour ago. There was no indication that the sandwich would be served cold, so I was disappointed.

My partner called in pm to find out the closing time, he was answered at 10 p.m. He asks what time he can order at most. She answers him 9:45 p.m. 9:50 p.m. max.He calls at 9:37 p.m. to order while he is on his way. She tells him it's closed, too late. He mentions to her that he even took the trouble to call this pm and we confirmed to him that it closed at 10 p.m. She replies, sorry, we had problems in the kitchen.That's it in Quebec, it's difficult to find a restaurant that doesn't close at 7 or 8 p.m. in the middle of a Friday evening.???Edit We tried the experiment again last night, September 1st, and when my partner wanted to order on the phone at 9:35 p.m. he was told it was too late and it was closed.
