Tim Hortons - Quebec City

I never have high expectations for Tim Hortons because I used to work there and I know the staff are not well-paid enough to care. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Julien's positive attitude and careful attention to our order. Thank you very much for your excellent service, Julien!

They were training a rookie at the restaurant. The way they handled it seemed very clear and easy. I didn't mind at all, even though they informed me that they were training someone. Good job!

Since I am not very proficient in speaking French, I made an effort to show respect for their language and culture. The staff noticed my attempt to communicate and when I pulled up to the window, one of them said, "Your French is good, keep practicing!" They smiled at me, acknowledging my efforts, and I smiled back in gratitude. I am excited to return to this restaurant in the future!

Amazing service!!! The cashier was smiling and was very efficient. Only feedback would be to add a trash can by the drive thru station.

However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite pleasant. The decor and ambiance created a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere, but be prepared for subpar service.
