Hecho A Mano - Quarryville

Fast, easy, delicious! not expensive at all!! Really nice to have something different for a change in the southern end of Lancaster County. I recommend to anyone looking for something different besides the same old pizza shops that seem to be everywhere around here.

Food was wonderful, it tasted like authentic, handmade Mexican food, as implied by the name. Opening Day pains were tough, but the staff kept the atmosphere friendly through what must have been a very hectic time. I'm thrilled to have this place in Quarryville. The patio makes a great option for eating out, during the pandemic.

Walking in we were greeted by the waitress Neli has warm smile,very educated in the selection they serve. Very clean, bathroom are very clean, lots of seating. Great selection of salsas. Not too spicy and not too mild. Chips that come with the salsas are warm and of good thickness. Atmosphere is very friendly. One not to me I look at the time the prepare my food if it comes out too quickly, it's not cooked right. The key is a dish that is cooked with TLC, that takes time. Don't rush the process enjoy the finished product. Let me tell you,, excellent all around I had the marinated steak dinner,excellent. Then I tried their vegan tacos, very delicious, finally tasted chimichanga burrito that bad boy melted in my mouth. Every dish I tasted was an explosion of flavor. Well done,, to me the home run was the rice and beans,, can't wait to come back. I recommend this place. Enjoy ????
