Panera Bread - Quarry Lake

I requested chive cream cheese but received regular instead. I didn't notice until I got home, which ultimately ruined my breakfast.

I find it unacceptable that non-service dogs are allowed in the restaurant. I am not a fan.

I order from this restaurant location 3-4 times a week. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. However, today the service was not up to par. The manager had a bad attitude and was disrespectful to his staff in front of customers. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:27, but at 9:31 a staff member had to ask if I needed help. When I told him about my order, he went to get it for me, but the manager rudely interrupted him. The manager could benefit from a customer service training class.

It's a Panera bread no better or worse than any other I've been to. So you know what you are getting It's either what you want or it isn't...
