I guess I'm biased because there's never a wrong time for Burger King!!!
All their workers are very polite and work hard to get your food to them. They actually had their dining room open, it was fast service hardly waiting, 10/10 recommend.
Friendly service. You put mustard on my Burger Thank you. However, there were enough Mayo on my chicken sandwich to put three. I was willing not to enjoy it as usual.
Was good, but they didn't ask me if I wanted any spices and I forgot to ask for ketchup for our pommes
UPDATE: We returned to the BKQtown for a little snack today. Why not give them a second chance? We ordered, pulled up to pay and get our food. This time after we were handed our bag, I checked it thoroughly. Yay! Cookies! Everything was also rippin hot, I noticed as I lifted the items to check to make sure everything was there. Before pulling away I asked the employee at the window the best process to rectify when an order is wrong. He asked what my concern was and, I told him that we were missing our cookies on our visit last week and though I tried, there wasn't a timely remedy unless we got back in line. He promptly apologized, gave us an order of cookies, and thanked us for giving them a second chance. I was beyond impressed! Check your order BEFORE PULLING AWAY. As with some other folks, we were missing items. The doors were locked, the phone number is a joke, no one answers, can't leave a message-the recording instructs you to call back. The line was too long to get back in and not have the rest of our food get cold. There's absolutely no response from corporate when you send an email. The food we did receive wasn't bad, the staff was polite even if they don't complete the order.
