Arby's - Quakertown

The service at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is extremely helpful. Thank you.

Arbys is supposed to open at 10:00.The doors are NEVER open at 10:00 when I complain to the service window person, he says they are short handed NOT MY PROBLEM) or that he just got back from the bank again NOT MY PROBLEM) And then had to wait 20 minutes for the food .I'm so DONE .with ARBYS...

We both got Ruben sandwiches. They were so soggy. The bread wasn't toasted and the fries were squishy loke they has been sitting for a while. Absolutely not worth 12$ a meal. The workers didn't ask if we wanted any sauces. There were no pleasantries at all at the window and employees often seem bothered by the fact that they have customers. Highly dissapointed in this location.

Cast food chain serving their signature today beef along with other hot sandwiches. Took longer than normal to fulfill a take out order for 5 people. Ordered inside and had to ask where my order was as did the person after me.

Server over charged $20 on a bill that should have been $30. Be careful in this checkout!
