McDonalds - Quakers Hill

This is the worse ever store i have seen due to bad service and poor quality of food...chicken was cold and i had to replace the burger... salad quality was ****.. looks like out of dated... staff not helpful enough to serve at the table.. they shout 3-4 times when the order is ready.. this is annoying for other customers... i think all staff and manager need to retrain...

Unsure why this place is consistently bad but come on. Food ordered is usually without fail incorrect and no attention to detail.Not too hard to do this. Ive worked in Maccas in the past and even the workers back then had some sort of professionalism.

This is our closest Macca's so has always been our goto when we are up for abusing our insides. They often stuff up the orders in one way or another like forgetting sauce with nuggets (more times than I care to remember), one time every burger was missing cheese, fish burgers missing the tartare sauce etc. Tonight was the final straw though, in the past if it's bad enough I've rung up to complain and they end up placating with vouchers, but I've just had enough. Tonights meal had the following things wrong : Fish burgers over cooked / dried out, next to no sauce; All the chips overcooked/dried out and no salt; coke was brown but was basically soda water. It wasn't overly busy - there simply was no reason to have this many stuff ups on a single order (and I doubt ours was the only one tonight).. Congratulations guys, you've not only guaranteed that I won't be back ever again, but I'm going to do my level best to pick anything else but Macca's in the future as when the food is this bad it makes you realise how **** it is hidden beneath the warmth, fluffiness, salt and sugar...

I've had all kinds of bad experiences here. I was sat in the drive-thru waiting bay for 35 mins for breakfast once to find out they had binned my order because they couldn't find me! I've been given seared wraps instead of crispy at least twice. Once I was abused by a staff member for returning my incorrect order, so I asked for the manager and this teenage kid said "I am the manager"... it's no wonder it's so bad then! Honestly the worst Maccas I've ever been to. Please don't go here, especially if you have a family.

Service is terrible, no care, no concern, not again. Drive thru staff have rolled their eyes when they get the order wrong, and its always wrong!
