The service has become extremely slow, with it taking approximately 40 minutes to receive your food after ordering. The naans are too chewy and not cooked properly, and the rice is not fresh. However, the paneer butter masala and butter chicken are still good. I rarely visit this place now as there are many other options available.
Average at best!!!! Went there with big expectation and was amazed as ambience was surprising good. I was not expecting that, as it was replica of Haveli dhaba like what we have back in India. Live music was excellent. There was annual briyani festival going on so I changed my plan and opted for the same. There are 6 different briyani’s available including 3 veg briyani. Being avid lover of briyani I topped my plate with all varieties. Didn’t like any of them. Spices were less and meat was dry. Mirchi ka Salan was also missing. Disappointed by briyani buffet tried the food ordered by my wife. Butter naan was delicious however paneer kucha was not baked fully. Paneer butter masala again missed the mark and curry was watery. We tried ordering Faluda kulfi, but server said they do not have available. Sadly when we asked for the bill and enquire when kulfi would be available, they told me its available today also : : Faluda and live music saved the day and we returned happy. Had I visited only for faluda rating would be 5 star.
Was pretty surprised with the food here! The Indian food here was pretty great! The mixed starter sizzle I think it was, on which the Paneer was cooked just amazing and perfectly and paired with that mint chutney faultlessly. It was a reminiscing meal for me going back to familiar food and comfort food.! I mean what beats Naan with the most amazing butter chicken or chicken Tikka
I would never order from this place again. I placed my order via call at 8.40pm on 10 April, I was told home delivery would take an hour. So I decided to pick up the food in 30 mins. hoping that it will be quicker. i reach haveli, the waitress asks me to pay upfront. I paid the bill assuming that the order must be ready. as soon as she handed ove the invoice, she informs me that your order is going to take a while and is not ready! i asked how long its gonna take, she says i will check and come back. after 5 mins the waitress comes out with another waitress and they start fighting over some confusion, i could gauge that my order was delivered to someone else! i had to intervene their discussion and asked them to cancel my order and pay my money back! it was 9.35 pm anyway. waitress says please wait for next 10 mins and your order will be ready! most horrible way to manage hungry tired pregnant guests! i should have added that the food was delivered to my home, with a complimentary fanta, some papadums. but the food in itself was very salty and just opposite to the way i had ordered it. it was supposed to be mild. i guess the complimentary items were provided to offset the bad taste of food. absolutely dismayed by Haveli. completely striking off this place from my eat out places list.
Great location, authentic Indian food with great taste, friendly and helpful staff and variety of mouth watering dishes with a plentiful serving size. I would love to visit again and definitely recommend for a dine in.
