Very nice restaurant next to a waterfall, family run and the owners are of a unique friendliness. though everything was full, they arranged one more table for two and let us eat very well and fresh. a metzger a few meters away, herr raffaele went to cut the meat they had slaughtered at the moment and prepared us a phenomenal grill! they also make super good salami that they can buy at the metzger. we are more than satisfied and recommend to go there if they are in the opposite!

If preparation, knowing the territorium and the passion for cooking come together, a delicious lunch as yesterday can only come out! if we add our own production of products (promptly bought to take home) and a scenario like that of quadri, it can be an unforgettable experience! all homemade, all cut and at the moment. friendly and extremely helpful staff! super recommended!

With great enthusiasm we leave Lanciano for Quadri. We were expecting a hearty and quality lunch. As soon as we arrive they offer us an appetizer of discreet cured meats combined with some pallotte cace and where they were actually water balloons of poor quality seed oil. After waiting for 2 hours from the appetizer, they bring us a first course based on the same seed oil whose ravioli were raw and with a sour and bitter taste. We decided to go to another restaurant to take the second one. We paid 20 euros each to drink this glass of poison. Luigi Feliziani
