The Ternary - Pyrmont

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the fantastic chefs and staff at the restaurant. Our dinner was incredible! We enjoyed salt and pepper calamari, Balmain bugs, and tandoori chicken—all amazing dishes! The breakfast was especially impressive as well.

The meal selection was extensive, and the combination of seasonings was fantastic. We ordered several dishes to share so we could experience a variety of flavors, and we were not disappointed. The presentation was excellent, showcasing the quality of each plate. It was a delight to savor such a wide array of high-quality, flavorful food. The service was comfortable, attentive, and quick. I've already booked a return visit!

We had an 8 PM reservation, and the restaurant didn’t seem overly busy at that time, but the service was a bit slow initially. However, once it picked up, the service was fantastic, and the maître d’ was delightful. The food was excellent and arrived promptly. We had a gift voucher from a wine company that we frequently use, so I’m not sure if that influenced the level of service we received. I certainly hope it didn’t, considering it wasn’t just a Groupon voucher; it was a gift because we’re valued customers of another business.

Staff were very attentive; food was excellent however the music was very loud when we arrived (probably just not to our taste).Fabulous wine list we had Cake Wines Sauvignon Blanc couldn't decide on what to order so had the fantastic degustation menu.

Had a lovely meal on a busy Friday night. Cannot fault the food. Beautifully presented and timed well. Waitstaff were friendly, but the service was not great. Our wine did not arrive until after we had completed our 1st course, and only then, after we asked where it was. We requested a look at the menus for dessert, but our waitress never came back. We could not get the attention of anyone to get our bill so after 15 minutes, we went to the counter to pay on our way out.
