(We just wanted to add extra cream to our drink).Then they forgot our food.When we brought it up to the window.... they said "yeah. We are busy "There is making a mistake....because you 're busy...then there is messing up an ENTIRE order.Putting the cherry on top.... not taking accountability, is ridiculous.
I didn’t want to give any stars. I placed a mobile order and requested extra oat milk at the window because my drink wasn't filled. The lady told me she couldn't add any more because it was supposed to be filled only three-quarters of the way with oat milk. I found it rude that she refused my request based solely on my drink order. That’s how little coffee I received.
I didn't go to Starbucks, and I'm not sure why I received this. I typically don’t visit that place.
Greeted by the most friendly staff. It's as if I've been coming here regularly the way I was treated. You can tell that the employees enjoy working here and are under good management based on the energy and dynamic. 5/5
Shea was absolutely stunning. Top notch 5 star customer service. I was welcomed and I felt very comfortable. As I was waiting for my French vanilla ice coffee, she was giving me top service and it’s pretty obvious she’s a great barista. Anywho, thank you Shea for the great experience. ?
