Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza

We have come to this location many times and each time, have had an issue with their food. First off, I want to say we are Papa Murphy's regulars and have not had this experience at any other location. As our most recent experience: last night, when we cooked our pizza, it was literally stuck, like glue, to the tray. I noticed someone else in the reviews said this as well, so we aren't the only ones with this issue. The bottom of the pizza looked like swiss cheese after it was cooked. It did not taste right, like an ingredient was forgotten or something. A couple weeks before that, we purchased cookie dough. Again, it was like it was missing an ingredient. Didn't taste right, looked odd, and the texture was off compared to other cookie doughs we've cooked from other Papa Murphys locations. We will no longer come to this location based on our experiences with the food alone. We have never had a good experience and my kids boycott their food when I bring it home from here. We will go to a different location from now on, even if this one is the closest.Also, as a side note on their customer service, I stood at the online pick up counter for a solid 8 minutes. There were around 6 employees behind the counter, some making pizza, others waiting at the register. No one acknowledged me. No one said anything. I understand most places are facing staff shortages but this was not the case here. It simply was a lack of service. Finally, I asked if I could just pick up my online order. Someone finally came over and handed me my order. I'm not really sure what's going on with this location, but bad food and poor customer service will make me avoid this particular Papa Murphy's in the future.

I get any good service if I had ordered it over the phone when we arrived there, they said we didn't call, and when I said they didn't make it, I took my handy and showed them that I called there and then when I said the truth, and they didn't even say it was.

I have been here before, but this time it was really bad.The service was not that great. I came in and stood at the register for about 5 minutes before somebody ask if I wanted to order or pick up.I said pick up, and was told they had not started my order even though I ordered at 2:30pm for a 5pm pick up.I got there at 5:05pm and waited another 45 minutes before I finally received my order.I know it was busy, but that just seems ridiculous.I don't think I will ever go back.

When my fiance got home with our pozzas one of them wasn't what we ordered. Took it back and got the right one. But all 3 of our pizzas were completely stuck to the trays and were ripped apart as we tried to serve them. What's going on and my used to be fave pizza place? Super frustrated.

Went and got 2 family size pizzas never had an issue before and been eating it for years well the crust stuck to the cardboard the whole pizza the manager said it was the family size only so I drove 25 mins to get some med to replace the family size they did it again .....Papa Murphy's I think they switched the dough on you the dough just sticks to the tray so sad think we'll take a break from eating there til they get this situation figured out
