Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

We go to this papa murphys quite often. recently we had a problem twice with the dough on the thin crust pizza. it looks like it is old or simply made without ingredient, it will not rise and will stop to the pizza pan that comes, and it will not crack and is really hard, not airy at all. I called them to inform us about our problem and was told that I was wrong. I cook for 40 years pizzen by papa murphy. I just called to inform her about the problem and was just getting off in the round. do not go back to this place.

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and helpful. We make it a point to have pizza night here every week because of their delicious hawn, speck, and artichoke pizza. If you haven't tried it yet, be sure to order it on your next visit. And to the staff, thank you for your excellent service!

Always fast and efficient with orders and never sloppy presentation of pizza. Nice upbeat area its in but super tight parking lot it has.. Better off parking a few hundred feet away vs directly in store window front.

I cannot eat bacon but my husband loves it, we always get the chicken bacon artichoke but bacon on the side, every time I have ordered this favorite with this store, they have always gotten it wrong and had to remake my pizza, tonight I had to have it re-maid again, as I'm waiting for them to make my pizza again I noticed that all of the ingredients are a mess, just about every ingredient was mixed with the ones on each side. Mushrooms were all over in the artichoke. As they were about to grab the artichoke to add it to my pizza I asked if they could make sure that there were no mushrooms mixed in with the artichoke because I'm allergic, and they either didn't hear me or didn't care and continued to spread the artichoke and mushrooms on my pizza, someone else walked up an started removing a majority of the mushrooms and then they wrapped it up for me, I still had to remove quite a few of the mushrooms and also some bits of bacon and sausage and a few things that I couldn't quite identify but don't look like they belonged on my favorite pizza. I will never go here again.
