Little Caesars Pizza - Puyallup

I used to get to this pizza place a lot before covid19. then I started going somewhere else. today I chose an evening snack that was for a thin crust three flesh. unfortunately I got a regular crust three meat pizza with the crust half burned. that is not the snack I believed before I cook at home.

I asked for additional toppings and was ready to pay extra. not only they lied about the price they accused me, but I did not receive the additional toppings I demanded and the teig was undercooked, and I refused to complain because I am sorry to be the customer. I know that these are times, but can I not get good service?

I visited the restaurant on February 13, 2022, at 7:51 pm. I was very frustrated as it took 13 minutes just to place an order. I had to wait in the parking lot for someone to answer the phone. Despite there being 7 people inside being served, I decided to go in and place my order because I needed to feed my children. When I went in, a young boy took my order and had to ask his coworker what "crazy crust" was, to which she rolled her eyes and responded rudely. I explained that it was just butter and parmesan, but the attitude from the coworker continued. Overall, the customer service was lacking that night. I picked up my pizza at 8:15 pm.

We have ordered accidentally from the wrong load and they will not answer their phone so we can fix the problem. customer service is only available M-F, so if there is a problem at the weekend, they are simply screwed out of their money and get no food. will not reload from this as if there is a problem, they will not answer their handy to fix it

The photo says it all.. I didn't realize you had to request no water on your pizza. The price of $12 for a Hawaiian pizza is higher than other fast food pizza places where it's $9 for carry out. Unfortunately, the pizza had water all over it and the crust was mushy, unable to support the toppings and turning into a water and cheese filled soup. Despite having to wait 12 minutes to receive it, there were no real advantages to dining here for an expensive cheese soup.
