Ihop - Puyallup

Everything was perfect! We were greeted with a smile, tabled quickly. Drinks provided, order taken with a great smile from our server. Food was perfect, very tasty. Couldn't fault anything!!

I've been eager to try this restaurant for their pancakes, but today I was in the mood for onion rings and a burger. So, we decided to visit iHop, and I'm really glad we did! Our waitress, Brittany, was fantastic—providing great hospitality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thanks to iHop and Brittany for making our day so enjoyable! I also wanted to note that the maître d' looked very sharp and was very supportive of his staff.

I took the whole family out for a meal, and for some of the little ones, it was their first time dining at a restaurant since the pandemic started. We were seated promptly, and the waitress was both patient and friendly. Our orders ranged from breakfast items to burgers, and everyone left feeling satisfied with empty plates. Plus, it's a great bonus that kids eat for free! We will definitely be coming back!

The coffee was fantastic, as always! However, I noticed some grease on the hash browns, which made them taste a bit stale and unappetizing. On the positive side, the bacon was cooked perfectly crispy, just as I requested, and the pancakes were absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a pretty good breakfast. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, and the friendly service continued throughout our meal. I give them an A+ for their service from start to finish. That's how it should be. Great job, IHOP!
