Domino's Pizza - Puyallup

I called to place an order but the call got disconnected. I had to call again and ended up ordering from a pizza place that was much cheaper. Unfortunately, my first order was wrong as there was no cheese in the crust of the pizza I ordered by the kilogram.

This restaurant provided the worst service I have ever experienced. My thin crust pizza was burned to a crisp, and it should never have been served in that condition. I initially left the restaurant to go home, but quickly turned around to complain. Apparently, Domino's has a new policy that I was not aware of, requiring orders to be checked before leaving the store. Additionally, I waited in my car for 5 minutes for my Curbside order to be brought out to me, but it never was. I paid $12.21 for the pizza, but this will be the last time I order from them. I told the manager to keep the order and leave it on the counter, as it was inedible - even my dog probably wouldn't have eaten it. After reading other reviews, it seems that many others have had similar experiences with this restaurant.

We didn't dine in, but we picked up our order. The food was excellent! We enjoyed the cheesebread, meat sauce, and jalapeno pineapple chicken. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty Italian meal!

Large domino is to be ordered. their timing and quality are amazing. also their personal is very professional.

I got a burnt pizza asked for a refund got the runaround about how I had to wait one week for a manager to refund me the money back to my card then when I did talk to him he said that it was sent to my bank which I never got back he said sorry for your pizza.i expected more for customer service and my refund this store will not refund you your money back and does nothing to fix it's bad pizza what a joke
