I went to dine in here middle Oct 2021 with my family total of 10 people. Luckily we booked first because so many people and there was a very long que. We came around 8.30pm and tomorrow is public holiday. So if you want to dine in, please dont come on peak time. Environment wise, i love it! You can see the view of the lake, and the ambiance of the restaurant is lovely. The seats are comfortable. For the food, i must say im a bit bummed because last time i came here (2 years ago) the food was top notch especially the pizza. But yesterday the pizza was ok ok, the nasi arab was a bit dry. The drinks were soooo sweet i cannot even take a sip. But i think its because so many customers so they cannot control the quality that much. Its ok, i will come again. The staffs were friendly so i consider the customer service is good

Food is nice.a bit on higher pricing but suits with the quality.but the service is a bit slow mayb many people dining in.but expectations of better service is there as service charges is high.lol.overall quite satisfied

This is one of the more popular restaurants at Ayer@8, Putrajaya..They offer a wide variety of Arabic and Yemeni food, at reasonable prices. Post Covid, this place is quite packed during lunchtime, so its advisable to do reservation first.

Food is nice, place abit disorganized, staff friendly n helpful. Walk in also can but u have to wait for long time. It is Recommended to make reservation.
