The ambience of the restaurent is too good and ofcourse the cost of food is high. Food tastes good but the desserts are not fresh. Even after charging us nearly 160 per piece we can't expect the fresh desserts

The food and ambiance are excellent. The Veganchuria and Paneerchilly Malai Kofta are must-try dishes. The restaurant is very clean and safe.

I recently tried out Sai Towers after they implemented an online reservation system with pre-ordering options. I reserved a table twice and both times, the service was exceptional and the food was highly recommended. The online reservation system allowed for minimal personal contact throughout my dining experience, from being seated to dining to paying the bill. The restaurant even had a digital thermometer and automatic sanitizer dispenser available in the foyer. The food was well-prepared and delicious, especially the potato gravy and naans that I ordered. The owner was very gracious, something not commonly seen in Indian restaurants. Sai Towers has done a great job of adopting post-lockdown practices and utilizing technology to enhance their customers' experience. They also offer online ordering and delivery services. Overall, I was impressed with the restaurant's modern approach and high-quality service.
