We had the option of choosing between filet medallions (which were juicy and tender) and garlic butter hake. My partner and I had never tried the latter before, but we would love to have the recipe to add to our meal rotation. Our entire table went back for seconds of the cornbread, which was sweet, moist, and didn't crumble everywhere. I highly recommend it.
