On the way thru from Wisconsin to Texas hopped the best bbq I've ever had, took us 30 minutes extra on our trip from the gps and we all said it was worth the extra 30 minutes drive. In my opinion, it hits every Texas bbq I had

Brisket, potato salad ingenious. Would have been better with Okra, but frits out of order... sad... maybe next time.

What a great surprise... great experience... great food... great sauces... friendly people. That's BBQ. From the beaten bathroom. It's worth coming by. Try the Carolina BBQ sauce.

This place was GREAT! service was GREAT! The girl who took my order was so sweet and helpful. My only complaint was that some of my ribs had a bit too much salt for my liking. They replaced those with a new batch. So good. The sides got the spot! Don't normally go to Purcell, but if I'm back there and have time, I'll eat here again.
