Chilled Red in Swanage is an absolute gem of a restaurant. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is out of this world amazing, and the wine selection top notch! Great food, friendly staff. The only minor issue was a lack of character or ambiance in the decor. A few colourful pictures or paintings would help. Will definitely return when next in Swanage.
