Today the shrimps and the deep-fried whole seabass were fantastic. Especially all seabass were not salty, nor seasoned neither dry... it was well cooked juicy and fresh. Beer and whisky are a good value. Very recommended
We came to puntarenas for good Ceviche and ended here in Bar rest cevichito after the decision to leave one of the tourist traps in search of bars on the beach. We only had keviche, the shrimp eviche and the fish keviche and they are very good. If you are against salt broth, then I would say you don't like it as much as we are, but we didn't regret stopping at this place. At first glance it may seem a bit like a ground location, but the food and service we are great! The price was very cheap and the keviche we had was good. Can't talk to the rest of the menu as we only stopped for a Ceviche snack to test a recommendation from a local leader from Tamarindo. You've been here since 1936 to make it right!

A traditional 1936 restaurant recently upgraded. The shrimp rice and the whole deep fried red-snapper are fantastic. A pretty big red-snapper was C8.000 (eighth thousand colones) Beers and whisky pretty unexpensive. A MUST VISIT RESTAURANT.
