Villa Del Palmar Cancun Luxury Beach Resort

Great property, very family oriented and the staff is super friendly. The property and the pools are phenomenal and kept in great condition. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The check-in/out process was quick and need to made more efficient. The food is absolutely amazing for an all-inclusive property. The drinks are watered down quite a bit, that needs to improve. But overall my family and I had a great experience and will definitely consider staying here again if visiting Cancun. Service: 4
