Mita Mary Boat Bistro - Punta de Mita

Es un restaurante muy fabuloso. La vista es perfecto.

Our friends and family eat at Mita Mary very often. Last night, we were caught off guard by the price of the corkage fee. We knew that we would be assessed a fee for our 2 bottles of wine. We never expected the fee to be $45 per bottle, even after all the guests bought opening cocktails. My bad for accepting a corkage fee without asking the specifics.

Perfectly grilled fresh fish and great guacamole served on the beach in front of a beautiful sunset. Ideal!

I'm sorry that this was the least pleasant experience of our last trip. we have made a reservation by open table and taken a private driver to the resort. our driver was stopped twice at different dead and we had to show our id and I also gave them the email confirmation. we waited so long while the torkeeper called the restaurant that we were too late for our reservation. when we arrived, we met from the restaurant manager who immediately informed us that we had not made a reservation online. they prefer to call directly to the resort. what we tried the day before and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes until the call was switched off. he was rude and not welcome at all. we sat and then another waiter came by and continued. we should have just walked at this point, but our driver had gone (and did not want to come back because the hassle was on the tor.) the rest of the meal was tensed and not particularly pleasant because we were received so rudely. the menu, as some others have mentioned, is overpriced and not kreatiw or inspired. we had much better eating in the city and much better service. this place can be expensive, but they are lacking in the class and guest service. the ironie is that we have decided to extend our stay in punta mita and finish our holiday in st. regis. not definitiw. only do they know that when they are ready to book by open table, they are treated as unwilling outsiders. the 2 stars? for a decent look and iguanas that have more charm than the personal.

The sunset view was fabulous, our server was very friendly and attentive and allowed me to swallow something from a meal that is rare nowadays. And the food was really incredible. Very recommend the Martin Tostada and sweet potato / Kale dish was divine. Finally the pudding parfaits were for dessert 12/10
