Insomnia Cookies - Pullman

I tried Insomnia Cookies for the first time at a WSU event, and I was blown away! The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were the best I've ever tasted. Even though I'm allergic to chocolate, my husband raved about the chocolate chocolate chip cookies. While they might not be the healthiest find, these cookies are simply incredible!

The cookies and ice cream are fantastic, but they are quite expensive for the portion sizes.

Despite being short-staffed, the team was very friendly and engaging. The guy at the register even gave me some extra ice cream. I would definitely return!

I work at a school where we received a delivery from a gentleman in full SWAT gear. This is not appropriate dress for people making food deliveries in general, but specifically to schools.

I'm sorry I don't recall the name of the young woman who took my order by phone this afternoon but she was super polite and helpful. Then someone delivered some ice cream and cookies to our daughter who lives near WSU and right on time.
