Taco Bell - Pullma

Taco Bell in general has just gone downhill. I was there about a year ago when they were having a staff meeting in the middle of the afternoon when the manager let everyone on the team know that corporate is looking at drive-thru wait times, so basically anyone that comes in to the store will have to wait longer than anyone in the drive-thru.With that though, I am a dasher, and I hate going in to retrieve orders. The wait time is usually 30-40 minutes depending and there is usually a back up of drivers waiting in the lobby. To top it off, they have no professionalism. I've seen them, with children in the lobby, cussing loudly in the kitchen and just being completely disrespectful.

Just your typical Taco Bell in America. Nothing to write home about. Location is on the edge of WSU so traffic is a bit nuts during lunch/dinner. Staff is polite. Food is anything you would expect from a fast food joint.

Keeps sliding backwards.Paid with cash, and shorted 4 cents, and no hot sauce.I'm not whining about 4 cents, I'm complaining about incompetent workers who can't count change, nor validate 4 items on a receipt.This was my last time.Too expensive to deal with this. I could have bought enough fixings to make tacos for 2 days.

Since when did TB become a charity? I go for a burro or tacos...NOT to donate anything!If they are trying to help the community, good on them. But why would anyone give them when they have access to the cash register! So you see, I don't know WHOS pockets are getting filled. My donations are private. And I know where the is going.
