Pizza Hut - Pukalani

The pizza at this restaurant is not cut properly. The slices are not deep enough and are not proportionally cut. The last pizza I ordered was cut into 7 slices.

The pizza was great and perfectly delivered and within a reasonable time window under 45 min)

The pizza we were served did not meet the high standards we are used to from this pizzeria. There were parts of the pizza that had no toppings and all we could taste was tomato sauce. The portion size also seemed smaller than before.

We didn't get a big pizza. we ordered our food at 6:54 o'clock and got it at 8:10 o'clock missing pizza. we are still waiting for delivery at 9 o'clock. I called and they wouldn't give me a time that would be delivered. so now the half of my family still not eaten dinner. we are super disappointed! and after reading the reviews I went to the pizza hut.com contactus and that had a glitter on the loading place so that my request would not go through.

I waited nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive, and when it did, the pizza was cold and tasted terrible. This was the worst meal I have ever had from this restaurant. I am extremely disappointed.
